Flexible production, reliable supply

Our on-site production facility in Westmalle, Belgium, is fully dedicated to the manufacture of liquid, water-based cleaning products. We combine flexible filling, from 1L bottles to 1000L IBCs, with highly scalable production through 200L, 1000L, and 6000L blending tanks.

This setup enables seamless scaling alongside our customers’ growth. Products can be produced at pilot scale, optimised under controlled conditions, and efficiently ramped up to full-scale production. Throughout this process, we maintain consistent product quality, process control, and reliable supply as volumes increase.

What are your minimum production quantities?

Our standard minimum order quantity is one pallet per product and packaging size.
Typical MOQs are:

  • 1 L: 840 bottles
  • 5 L: 108 jerrycans
  • 10 L: 60 jerrycans
  • 25 L: 24 jerrycans
  • 200 L: 4 drums
  • 1,000 L: 1 IBC

For specific projects or packaging formats, different minimum quantities may apply.

Which packaging formats can you fill?

We can fill products into a wide range of standard packaging formats, including 1 L, 5 L, 10 L, 25 L, 200 L drums and 1,000 L IBCs. In addition, we can fill products into custom packaging sizes and customer-supplied containers, subject to technical evaluation.

Can you manufacture hazardous as well as non-hazardous products?

No, we specialise exclusively in the manufacture of non-hazardous liquid cleaning products. Our focus is on developing safe, high-performance formulations that combine excellent cleaning performance with user safety and environmental responsibility.

Can you fill products into customer-supplied packaging?

Yes, we can fill your products into customer-supplied bottles, jerrycans, drums or other containers, provided they meet our technical, quality and compatibility requirements.

Can you ship products worldwide?

Yes, we ship products to customers around the world and have experience with both European and international markets.
