High-performance, water-based cleaner and degreaser formulated with an optimized blend of surfactants and chelating agents. This heavy-duty solution effectively removes soot, carbon oil, grease, heavy-metal ions, and other organic contaminants from various surfaces, including stainless steel and glass. Safe for use on metals at temperatures below 55 °C.

DCP 111/2 maintains its high cleaning and degreasing power even in hard water conditions, making it an excellent alternative for hazardous solvents.

Usage instructions

  • Form: DCP 111-2 can be used in pure or diluted (0.5% - 100%) form.
  • Ultrasonic Cleaning: Immerse parts in the solution and allow to soak for 2 hours.
  • Dip Tanks and Parts Washers: Submerge parts, ensuring complete coverage for effective cleaning. 
  • Pressure Washing:Apply directly to surfaces and rinse thoroughly.
  • Dilution instructions:
    According to degree of soiling, allow to soak in from a few moments to several minutes.
    - Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
    - Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
    - Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
    - Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
    - Glossy surfaces: 1:100 to 1:200
