DCP 111/2 25L Heavy-duty cleaner and degreaser

DCP 111/2 is a heavy-duty degreaser and cleaner developed for deep cleaning of metal and glass surfaces exposed to soot, oil and heavy contamination. Its water-based formula, rich in surfactants and chelating agents, performs consistently even in hard water and at lower temperatures.

Safe to use on stainless steel and other metals below 55 °C, this product offers a high-performing and safer alternative to hazardous solvents.

Usage instructions

  • Form: DCP 111-2 can be used in pure or diluted (0.5% - 100%) form.
  • Ultrasonic Cleaning: Immerse parts in the solution and allow to soak for 2 hours.
  • Dip Tanks and Parts Washers: Submerge parts, ensuring complete coverage for effective cleaning. 
  • Pressure Washing:Apply directly to surfaces and rinse thoroughly.
  • Dilution instructions:
    According to degree of soiling, allow to soak in from a few moments to several minutes.
    - Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
    - Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
    - Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
    - Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
    - Glossy surfaces: 1:100 to 1:200
