Superior cleaning strenght

Biodegradable & Environmentally friendly. Suitable for parts washing, pressure & steam cleaning, ultrasonic & dip tanks, spraying, brushing.

Can be applied to any surface except glass. Safe to use on all metals including aluminium and titanium, synthetic materials, (natural) stone, textile, rubber, floors and walls, etc.

Acts as a corrosion inhibitor on aluminum surfaces. Free from chlorinated and petroleum solvents, bleach, ammonia, caustics, phosphates, phosphonates, NTA, and EDTA.

DCP Biomex HDI has multiple “safe to use” approvals.

Usage instructions

  • Pre-disinfection: Effective as a pre-disinfection deep cleaner for hard surfaces and can be used in pure or diluted (0.5% - 100%) form. It excels in removing proteins and fats, including heavy soiling from oil mixed with soot and pigments.
  • Rinsing: DCP Biomex HDI is also appropriate for cleaning surfaces of oxygen equipment; after use, rinse thoroughly with deionized water to ensure a residue-free finish.
  • Optimal results and safety: For optimal results and safety, refer to specific usage instructions per application area and dilution guidelines.
  • Dilution instructions:
    - Heavy pollution: 1:2 to 1:5
    - Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
    - Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
