DCP Biomex HDI FC110 1000L No foam - heavy cleaning

This  water-based, high alkaline cleaner and degreaser is formulated with a silicone antifoam additive to control and even eliminate foam formation. While its high alkalinity provides a deep cleaning and degreasing effect, DCP Biomex HDI FC110 acts as a corrosion inhibitor on aluminum surfaces and can be applied to any surface except glass. Its antifoaming nature makes Biomex HDI FC110 ideal for all types of cleaning machines.

Note that this product contains a silicone emulsion and is therefore not suitable for food applications and applications where the cleaned area will be coated or painted afterwards.

Usage instructions

  • Storage: Store frost-free in its original, unopened packaging at 5°C to 35°C.
  • Shake: Shake the container thoroughly before use.
  • Cleaning Systems: Add DCP FC-110 directly to the cleaning liquid for dip baths, ultrasonic baths, and spray washers.
  • Scrubbers: For scrubber-suction machines, spray into the suction hose while the motor is running. For larger scrubbers, add an appropriate dose directly to the dirty water tank.
  • Repeat: Reapply after emptying the dirty water tank.
  • Dilution instructions:
    - Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
    - Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
    - Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
    - Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
