Industrial cleaning without foam

Professional water-based cleaning formulation with a silicone antifoam additive to control and eliminate foam in aqueous systems.

Effectively removes oil, grease, proteins, carbon and dirt from all surfaces. Can be used in various cleaning machinery.

Note that this product contains silicone and is therefore not suitable for applications where the cleaned part will be coated or painted.

Cleaning Systems: Defoaming cleaning and degreasing baths, spray washers, and ultrasonic baths.
Machinery: Managing foam in dirty water in scrubber-suction machines, spray-extraction machines, and other equipment.

Storage: Store frost-free in its original, unopened packaging at 5°C to 35°C.
Shake: Shake the container thoroughly before use.
Cleaning Systems: Add DCP FC-110 directly to the cleaning liquid for dip baths, ultrasonic baths, and spray washers.
Scrubbers: For scrubber-suction machines, spray into the suction hose while the motor is running. For larger scrubbers, add an appropriate dose directly to the dirty water tank.
Repeat: Reapply after emptying the dirty water tank.
Dilution instructions:
- Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
- Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
- Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
- Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
