This water-based mild foaming, biodegradable cleaner and degreaser is not only environmentally friendly but also safe to humans. While its high alkalinity provides a deep cleaning and degreasing effect, DCP Biomex HDI LWF acts as a corrosion inhibitor on aluminum surfaces and can be applied to any surface except glass. Its mild foaming nature makes DCP Biomex HDI LWF ideal for all types of cleaning machines.

Free from chlorinated and petroleum solvents, bleach, ammonia, caustics,  phosphates, phosphonates, NTA and EDTA.

Usage instructions

  • Form: DCP Biomex HDI LWF can be used in pure or diluted (0.5% - 100%) form.
  • General Cleaning: Apply directly to the surface or via spraying, brushing, or dipping.
  • Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with clean water to achieve a residue-free surface.
  • Repeat: Repeat the process as needed, particularly for stubborn soils.
  • Optimal results and safety: For optimal results and safety, refer to specific usage instructions per application area and dilution guidelines.
  • Dilution instructions:
    According to degree of soiling, allow to soak in from a few moments to several minutes.
    - Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
    - Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
    - Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
    - Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
