DCP Fosur 74 is a powerful acidic cleaner designed to remove rust stains, grout and mortar smears, cement haze, efflorescence, and limescale buildup. Furthermore, it also acts as an etching agent, preparing concrete surfaces for coatings, paints, and adhesives by creating an optimal surface profile.

This high-performance, water-based formula blends surfactants, emulsifiers, and phosphoric acid, providing both deep cleaning and strong acidic properties.

Deep Cleaning

Features powerful cleaning and degreasing properties with a penetrating action to remove all dirt.

Acid Cleaner

Strong, non-toxic acid cleaner. Free from hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid.

Etching agent

Pretreatment of concrete surfaces prior to painting, coating, or applying sealers and adhesives.

Avoid contact with natural stone such as marble and limestone, colored cement, metallic glazed tiles, and aluminum and all other acid-sensitive surfaces in general.

Usage instructions

  • Protection: Wear rubber gloves and eye protection.
  • Test First: Test a small area and wait 24 hours to ensure desired results.
  • Pre-Wet: Pre-wet the surface before applying the cleaner, except before etching.
  • Dilution: Depending on the cleaning task, dilute the cleaner up to 0.5% or use in pure form.
  • Application: Apply the solution, allow it to sit for 2-5 minutes, and agitate with a hard brush or scrub pad to loosen stains. Do not let the solution dry on the surface.
  • Removal: Use a clean mop or wet vac to remove the solution, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Neutralize: Before applying any sealer or coating, neutralize the surface with DCP Biomex HDI and let it dry thoroughly.
  • Dilution instructions:
    According to degree of pollution, allow to soak in from a few moments to several minutes.
    - Very heavy pollution: 1:1 to 1:3
    - Heavy pollution: 1:3 to 1:5
    - Medium pollution: 1:5 to 1:20
    - Light pollution: 1:20 to 1:50
