DCP Powerfoam Active is a high-foaming active shampoo developed for professional car wash systems. It is primarily designed for self-service wash bays where vehicles are manually cleaned using a foam brush programme.
The formulation provides thorough cleaning while producing a rich, active foam that spreads effectively over the vehicle surface. When applied through a foam arch, it forms a dense foam layer that acts like a sponge on the surface.
DCP Powerfoam Active is compatible with wax products, protective products and drying aids. It also helps prevent brushes and other car wash components from becoming excessively soiled. During washing, the product provides a fresh, mild fragrance.

- DCP Powerfoam Active is drawn into the dosing system undiluted and automatically diluted to a working concentration of 0.2–2.0%.
- The exact dosage should be adjusted according to the installation, desired foam level and degree of contamination.
- When applied through a foam arch, the product forms a dense, active foam layer that spreads evenly across the vehicle surface.
